Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Friday. The office is closed all major holidays.

Dr. Poole generally sees patients in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Surgeries are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays and most Fridays. Dr. Poole has a very busy and active practice. We will do everything possible to secure you the earliest available appointment.

Appointments with a licensed esthetician for services such as Parisian Peel, Endermologie and IPL treatments may be scheduled for any weekday.

After hours and weekends a nurse is on call and may be reached through our answering service. Rarely are there true emergencies in plastic surgery; however, Dr. Poole may be contacted through his nurse. In a true emergency, call 911.

Surgical fees vary with the type and amount of surgery scheduled. At the time of your initial consultation you will be provided with a written fee estimate for your procedure that will include Dr. Poole's fee, any supplies you may need such as garments, implants, etc., as well as all your pre-and post-operative visits. The fees for a certified surgery center and a board certified anesthesiologist are included. As prescription drugs vary from patient to patient, the cost for these drugs is not included in the fee estimate.

Cosmetic surgical procedures are typically not covered by insurance because they are considered elective and not medically necessary. You will need to consult your insurance carrier to determine if the procedure you are considering is covered by your plan. If you wish to bill your insurance for a covered procedure, you may do so, but full payment is expected two weeks prior to surgery.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
